Shipping Policy

Trade Operations

Cross Reef operates as a global trade facilitator based in India, specializing in sourcing from micro and small-scale industries. This policy outlines our logistical framework for Direct Trade—shipping from the country of origin to the destination—and Cross Trade / Triangular Trade, where movement occurs between two foreign countries managed by Cross Reef. We serve diverse regions including Asia, the GCC, UK, Europe, and Oceania. All shipments are subject to international maritime and aviation laws and the specific contractual terms agreed upon during the procurement process.

Global Logistic Frameworks

Standard lead times for order processing generally range from 7 to 14 business days, depending on product availability and sourcing complexity. We utilize recognized Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.) to define responsibilities for export/import clearance and documentation. In Cross Trade scenarios, we manage complex documentation sets to ensure smooth transit while maintaining commercial confidentiality. Our packaging standards adhere to international safety codes for Food, Essential, and Industrial commodities. Risk transfer and title passage are dictated by the specific Incoterm selected in the final purchase agreement or sales contract.

Operational Terms and Conditions

Transit times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, vessel availability, or sanctions. Clients must inspect goods upon arrival; discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours. Perishable goods require specific logistical arrangements. For further details, please contact our team via the site footer information.
