Global Services Agreement
These Terms govern the relationship between Cross Reef and any user or client utilizing our global trade services. By accessing our platform or engaging in commerce with us for food, essential, or industrial commodities, you agree to abide by these regulations. Definitions used here refer to Cross Reef as 'the Company' and the service recipient as 'the Client.' Registration requires legal capacity to enter into binding contracts within your local jurisdiction, including India, UAE, EU, or elsewhere. We maintain a professional standard in all international merchandise brokerage and supply activities.
Operational Terms and Trade Rules
Pricing for commodities is subject to market volatility and is confirmed at the time of order issuance. Client is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs compliance in the destination territory. Payments must be settled in the currency specified in the invoice through approved banking channels. Risk of loss passes from Cross Reef to the Client upon delivery to the designated carrier as per agreed Incoterms. While we strive for accuracy, product descriptions are provided in good faith and availability is subject to seasonal and supply chain shifts. Cancellations and returns of perishable or industrial goods are restricted and must adhere to our specific quality control protocols. All intellectual property on this site remains the exclusive property of Cross Reef. Data processing is handled in alignment with our Privacy Policy and international standards like GDPR and the IT Act of India.
Liability and Dispute Resolution
Cross Reef shall not be liable for indirect damages or delays caused by Force Majeure events, including shipping disruptions or natural disasters. Our total liability is limited to the value of the specific goods purchased. These terms are governed by the laws of India; however, we recognize mandatory consumer rights applicable in Singapore, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved through amicable negotiation or arbitration. We reserve the right to modify these terms.
